PR's Promotional Process

1. Send promo copy (including class or event description, teacher bios if applicable, cost, dates, times, location, registration contact, and any other salient details) to PR, ideally six weeks or more before the start date.


2. We post copy to the website, send it out to mailing lists, put it in the Reader, craigslist, Aspectarian, etc. per our discretion based on timing, efficiency, effectiveness, etc. Flyers or other print promo done as is effective or necessary.


3. We send reminder e-mails to all e-lists at two week intervals and again a few days before the start date.

This process is flexible, as we don't always have six weeks to promote, but it's the ideal that gives us sufficient time to do our job to make wide visibility and attendance possible.
